Healthy Family Resource Center (HFRC)

HFRC supports and facilitates efforts that strengthen Hmong families and empower them to utilize their internal resources and natural support system towards achieving self-sufficiency and well-being for all family members. 

 

Priority Focus Areas

  1. Economic Self-Sufficiency: Hmong individuals/families are self-sufficient with all of their basic needs met and functioning proactively.
  2. Health: Hmong individuals/families have equal access to quality healthcare and are practicing preventive care.
  3. Mental Health: Hmong individuals/family have equal access to quality mental health services, are engaged to meaningful social/recreational activities, and living a fulfilling and productive life.
  4. Civic Engagement: Hmong individuals/family are engaged civically, naturalized U.S. citizens with access to equal opportunities and privileges.
